I think the consensus is that there is no way we can publish these results and claim we have a rate of sedimentation that can be used to calculate how long it took for the layers of the Colorado plateau to be formed!! Good job trying though!
I am looking forward to reading your investigation reports. I particularly am interested to see your discussion of results.
The other thing we did today was to annotate a diagram t show the complete process of erosion and deposition tomorrow we will continue that cycle when we talk about the plateau (rock layers) being eroded and the process starts over.
