Introduction:
For this section you will write a paragraph or two introducing the reader to your science fair topic and giving the reader an insight into the science behind your topic. In order to write this introduction follow the three prompts below.
  • Explain why you chose the topic for your science fair project. Talk about your interest in the topic, access to materials, curiosity for the topic.
  • State your purpose for the project, what are you trying to discover? How does this investigation have scientific value?
  • Summarize your research related to this topic.
You will need to include a reference so when you do your research you need to keep track of the websites that you use. Write your reference in the following way:

 URL; Title of the site;date accessed

This weekend you should definately be running your trials!!!!!
many students came and got boards from me today and we covered them in paper to look like new!
Please know that you may take these on the buses with you. The driver may not refuse you but please be sure to stow the trifold

Introduction:
Make a strong introduction by elaborating on the three areas below;
1. Explain why you chose the area of research for your science fair project.
2. State your purpose for the project. Say what scientific value your reseach has.
3. Summerize the research related to your topic.

Also today you should be working on the diagram, procedures and data table.
