Today we set up the notebooks in science. if you were absent today take a look at the flipchart and get your journal ready to go for tuesday morning.

The other thing we did was to read the article on the Mars Rover.We realised that if NASA was to send a person to mars by 2030 that it would be scientists who are currently 7th graders that would be working on that mission!!!

So many new names! So many new faces!

What a great start to the year. You all learned some new procedues with each of your teachers today and I am sure you will need to practice a few times before it is perfect. All new activities require a period of practice before we can say we are perfect!
You also have your first assignment which for my class is due Tuesday. you can turn it in early if you like. Put it in the yellow folder.
I hope you all have an early night ready for tomorrow.

Summer was such a blast!!!

I am not sure what my favorite part of summer was as I did so much. I travelled, hiked, kayaked, climbed, paddleboarded and hung out in North Bend!
 I posted this picture because my great passion is to enjoy our beautiful Pacific Northwest in any way possible.
Try and guess where this photo was taken. It is the last friday of the month and so it is Friday Fun day.. who knows what can happen!
